Cyprus, Greece and EU orders placed before 4 PM: 2–5 working days.
International: 5–8 working days.
Couriers
BOX NOW, ELTA and AKIS Express in Cyprus and Greece; FedEx for EU and international orders.
Customs
Orders outside the EU may be charged customs duties or taxes, paid by the customer.
Returns
Return unused items in their original packaging with the receipt within 21 days of shipping. Accessories, third-party lens glasses, prescription lenses and damaged products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days. Bank transfer refunds need an IBAN certificate.
