OJO, an established retailer of sunglasses and optical eyewear, is seeking opticians and optical technicians to join its teams in Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol, Ayia Napa / Paralimni and Paphos.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Optics or Optical Technology.
  • Ability to communicate in Greek and English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Organise the store and ensure its smooth operation.
  • Understand customer needs, provide excellent service, answer questions and resolve problems promptly and professionally.
  • Perform optical measurements, interpret and fulfil refractive prescriptions, and provide tailored advice.
  • Serve customers to OJO standards, helping each person choose eyewear that suits their needs and preferences.
  • Repair and adjust prescription glasses.

Requirements

  • Interest in retail sales.
  • Two years of in-store sales experience.

  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Organise the store and ensure its smooth operation.
  • Communicate with customers and understand their needs.
  • Provide customer service to OJO standards, tailored to each customer.

  • Diploma in Optics or Optometry from a recognised institution.
  • Two years of experience as an optician or optometrist.
  • Ability to communicate in Greek and English.
  • Excellent sales communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfil refractive prescriptions.
  • Repair and adjust prescription glasses.
  • Carry out other tasks related to store operations.
